Madison Gateway

Madison Gateway is an urban shopping mall in St. Petersburg, Florida. It is located at 5800 34th Street North, north of the intersection of SR 580 (Gulf to Bay Boulevard) and SR 584 (Ulmerton Road).

It features 75 stores and restaurants such as Bealls Outlet, Burlington Coat Factory, Dillard’s Clearance Center, Ross Dress For Less, and Toys “R” Us Outlet Store. The mall also includes a food court with 14 eateries that include Chick-Fil-A and Subway.

The mall was originally developed and opened by Simon Property Group in 1994 as Midtown Crossings Mall. In July 2007 it underwent its first major renovation since opening as as changing its name to Madison Produce and adding a two-story Target. In March 2013, Simon Property Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group’s credit arm Starwood Capital Funding LLC for $47 million.

In November 2014, the mall was sold again to The Woodmont Company for $57 million.

Things To Do In Madison Gateway: The mall has free WiFi throughout its entire interior. It is a premium outlet mall with stores such as Bealls Outlet selling merchandise at discounts up to 90%.
